Use Cases
Use cases for FARx are endless. Here are just a few!
Problem: In a post-pandemic world, bank employees (traders) demand flexibility to work from home. However, the regulator requires the bank to ensure that only authorised traders have access to confidential information and can perform trades.
Solution: FARx embedded in the bank’s turret trading software analyses the voice (and face) to ensure only authorised traders accessing confidential information and performing the trades.
Problem: Employees are required to regularly update corporate passwords. Employees often forget new passwords requiring them to be reset. This is inconvenient, costly and with a human agent in the process, potentially highly insecure.
Solution: FARx embedded in password reset platforms analyses the voice and face characteristics to ensure only employees can biometrically reset corporate passwords, reducing costs, enhancing productivity, eliminating inconvenience, and plugging security shortcomings.
Problem: The past few years have seen chatbots widely adopted for automated customer service. However, chatbots are generally limited to insecure applications because they cannot authenticate the customer’s identity.
